Task

The concert agency needed its own online platform to effectively promote events and sell tickets. The website had to feature an event calendar with detailed information — including dates, venues, descriptions — and seamless ticket purchasing options.

Result

Solution

We built the platform using the Yii2 (PHP) framework with a MySQL database. A key goal was to create a user-friendly admin panel enabling managers from different countries to independently update content.

The admin panel includes reference tables for:

  • Artists
  • Concert halls
  • Locations
  • Repertoire

This structure simplifies event creation and editing. Managers can add or update multilingual content independently, ensuring a smooth experience for users across regions.

The website includes not only event listings and ticket sales, but also additional sections:

  • Job vacancies
  • Newsletter subscription
  • Contact information
  • Static pages with project details

The design emphasizes user comfort, visual appeal, and intuitive navigation.

Development of the admin panel focused on system performance, security, and ease of use.

Result

The website has been successfully operating for over four years, supporting annual concerts and masterclasses across multiple European cities. It has become a reliable tool for promoting events, engaging audiences, and managing ticket sales.
