Blue Collection is a brokerage specializing in premium real estate in Dubai. The company focuses on selecting luxury villas, suburban homes, and apartments, working directly with property owners, buyers, and tenants. In addition to property search, Blue Collection provides full legal support for transactions, helps clients identify the best investment opportunities, and offers a wide range of related services.

Task

Last year, Blue Collection underwent a complete rebranding and decided that the next logical step would be a website overhaul. They entrusted us with this task. We immersed ourselves deeply into the specifics of their business, identified the most frequently asked client questions, and developed a detailed flowchart outlining the site’s overall logic, structure, and user scenarios. From there, we created wireframes, meticulously designed intuitive interfaces, and crafted a visual style that perfectly reflects Blue Collection’s new brand identity. For each business direction, we developed dedicated property listings. For Dubai, we created separate listings for off-plan developments and ready-to-move-in apartments.


Smart, Custom Filters

Each listing features unique filters designed to simplify property search. Key parameters are immediately visible to users. For example, when searching for resale apartments, clients can select:

  • Number of rooms
  • Price range
  • Neighborhood

Additional advanced filters allow users to specify:

  • Floor level
  • Number of bathrooms
  • Finishing type
  • Distance from metro

For residential complexes or villa communities, similar filters — such as room count or renovation type — ensure only relevant developments with matching layout options are displayed.


Property Listings

We prioritized key property details directly in the preview cards, so users can quickly assess suitability before opening a full page. For apartments, each listing displays:

  • Property ID
  • Price
  • Residential complex
  • Area (sqm)
  • Number of rooms
  • Floor
  • Nearest metro station

This allows users to make fast, informed decisions at a glance.

Detailed Information is revealed within the property card and includes:

  • Usable area
  • Ceiling height
  • Interior finish type
  • Highlights & advantages block
  • Interactive location map

Each property card also includes convenient action buttons:

  • Save to favorites
  • Share link

Automation & Integration

  • Dynamic page titles are generated automatically based on property and residential complex data.
  • Phone numbers in contact blocks are loaded individually, depending on settings in the Bitrix CMS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.

Visual Design

Given Blue Collection’s focus on premium real estate, the website’s visual elements reflect the exclusivity and high quality of the properties. We emphasized high-resolution photography and crafted five responsive layout versions to ensure flawless display across all devices.

For the Dubai real estate segment, we incorporated a dedicated sub-brand identity, seamlessly integrated into the overall site design while maintaining harmony with the main brand style.


Results

The project has just been launched. The client has not yet started running advertising campaigns, so sales and conversion analytics are not yet available. However, the HR department has already received several qualified broker applications — one of whom has already been hired.

The client reported that their community has highly praised the new Blue Collection website for its functionality, elegant design, and user-focused content.
